How a referral actually moves

2. An employee reviews
Employees browse readiness summaries and resumes on their own time, at their own pace.
3. They decide
If it's a fit, they can submit a referral. If not, you keep improving. Referrals aren't a one-shot chance.
What we guarantee, and what we don't
We guarantee your profile follows anti-spam limits and that employee identities stay protected until they choose to engage. We do not guarantee that any employee will refer you, or that a referral leads to an interview or offer. Read our Safety page for the rules that keep this sustainable.
