Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, university, graduation year, target role.
• Activity data: assessment results, resume versions, mock interview recordings/transcripts, application tracker entries, mentor session notes.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser information.

How we use it

• To calculate your readiness scores and generate a training plan.
• To match you with mentors and, where you opt in, with employees who may consider referring you.
• To improve the diagnosis and training models using aggregated, de-identified patterns.
• To send you product and account emails. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.

Referral network data

If you opt into the referral network, a limited profile (readiness summary, resume, target companies) is shared only with employees who choose to browse candidates for their company. Employees see profile data you've marked visible: never your private notes, mentor feedback, or full activity history. Employees reviewing candidates are themselves subject to our employee privacy commitments described in the Safety page.

What we don't do

• We don't sell personal data to third parties.
• We don't share your data with employers outside the referral network without your action.
• We never say we can guarantee a job, referral, or interview outcome based on your data.

Your controls

• Edit or delete your profile data from account settings at any time.
• Opt out of the referral network without losing access to training or diagnosis features.
• Request a full export or deletion of your account data through Contact.

Data retention

We retain account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
