The service

ready2job.co provides career readiness tools: assessments, training plans, resume and interview feedback, mentor sessions, an application tracker, and an opt-in referral network connecting students with employees at partner companies.

No guarantee of outcomes

ready2job.co does not guarantee a job, an internship, a referral, or an interview. Referrals are made at the sole discretion of the employees who choose to give them. Interview and hiring decisions are made entirely by the companies involved. Readiness scores, feedback, and mentor opinions are guidance, not promises of outcome.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in your profile, resume, and applications.
• Use the referral network respectfully: no spamming employees or mass-messaging for referrals.
• Don't misrepresent your identity, university, or work experience.
• Don't attempt to scrape, resell, or redistribute other users' data.

Mentors and employees

Mentors and referring employees participate voluntarily and are not ready2job.co employees. Their feedback and opinions are their own and are labeled as such (mentor opinion, community, verified) so you can weigh them appropriately.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (Plus, Pro) renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from account settings; you keep access through the end of the current billing period. We don't offer retroactive refunds for partial months.

Account suspension

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, misuse the referral network, or submit fraudulent information, after reasonable notice where practical.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-product.
